Course Instructor
      Lei He is professor of Electrical Engineering at the University of California, Los Angeles. He received his Ph.D. degree in computer science from UCLA in 1999. Prior to joining the UCLA Electrical Engineering Department faculty in 2002, he was an Assistant Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
