Course Instructor
      Prof. Srivastava is in the Electrical Engineering Department where he is also the Vice Chair of Graduate Affairs, and has a joint appointment in the Computer Science Department. He is also associated with UCLA`s NSF Science and Technology Center on Embedded Networked Sensing where he co-leads the systems area research and serves as a member of the Research Executive Committee. Prior to joining UCLA in 1997, he received his Ph.D. from U.C. Berkeley in 1992 and was associated with Bell Labs Research from 1992 to 1996. He is recognized for his research in embedded systems, wireless networking, power-aware systems, and pervasive sensing. Please visit his research groups web site http://nesl.ee.ucla.edu.
