Course Instructor
      Dr. Itoh is Professor of Electrical Engineering at UCLA and a Member of the National Academy of Engineering. At UCLA, he holds the TRW Endowed Chair in Microwave and Millimeter Wave Electronics. He received the Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1969. He is an expert on microwaves, millimeter waves, antennas, and numerical electromagnetics. He has received numerous awards including a 2000 IEEE 3rd Millenium Medal, a 2000 Distinguished Education Award, the 1998 Japan Microwave Prize, and the 1998 Shiza Rinzaburo Award. He is also a Fellow of IEEE.
